Vinification

Grapes are hand-picked at the optimum of their maturity. Softly de-stemmed grapes are cooled down to t 4-6°C and then gently pressed in the pneumatic press. Later, the settled and clear juice starts fermenting slowly at precisely controlled temperature (15°C) in stainless steel tanks. After the fermentation is over, the wine is racked to another tank for farther refinement. Wine is usually bottled in few month after the vintage.

Cristal straw color with greenish hue.
Aromas:
Are complete bouquet of green flowers.
Palate:
The initial palate is fresh and clean, overlaid by green apple and grapefruit. The finish is long and crisp with refreshing and lively acidity.
